Dr Alison Crossland was excellent throughout my appointment. She assured me and spoke to me with respect and on the same level. She was kind and offered me comfort during a distressing appointment. She made me feel at ease and could not fault her service at all. My daughter came along with me, who also agreed that she was very sympathetic and kind. This is the first time seeing Alison and I am glad she is part of the service. Please pass on this feedback.

I received a phone call from Alison the diabetic nurse.I’d never met her before but from the phone call to the appointment in clinic she was fantastic. She explained in detail what would be happening regarding my care,what to eat & what to avoid. Reassured me that it wasn’t the end of the world has long as I followed her recommendations. She was very professional put me & my wife at ease. FANTASTIC. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When phoning surgery very long waiting general give up after 5 mins. But everything else is great.

Perhaps a call me back service on the phone. Rather than waiting.
